Reporting to the Director of Nursing and given further support by the BRHS corporate health office you will be responsible for the overall coordination and management of the Aged Care Services. Furthermore, you will ensure the delivery of contemporary, effective and efficient clinical and quality of life services and the continuity of care of BRHS clients. To secure this rare opportunity, you will possess:
• Current Victorian D1 Nursing Registration
• Operational and management experience in the residential aged care environment
• Current understanding of Standards and guidelines for Residential Aged Care and the relevant funding tool
• Proven management experience and exceptional leadership skills
• First rate written and oral communication skills
• A commitment to continuous quality improvement
